Sadly, many business owners claim to be "Christian", so there is an understandable reluctance to take that description at face value. For Kyrios, this is more than just a marketing technique or throw-away line. We strive to put Christ first in all we do and every decision we make. We believe Christ is King. It's our goal to extend the crown rights of King Jesus to the edges of our lives. For our efforts specifically, this means competent execution, the highest standards of ethics, and working with other Christians to grow our collective strength and capital. 

Kyrios is a Greek word which is normally translated as "lord" or "master". We have adopted this title to reflect our ethos in taking dominion over what God has placed in our care. It also serves as a constant reminder of who we serve.

Kyrios identifies and acquires properties with amazing potential, applying our experience in large-scale syndications to purchase at below market value. We conduct the due diligence and map out a strategy for success. Investors get a full description of the expected performance and strategy.

Most of our project are off-market deals in which the majority of funding 

comes from return investors who are pleased with our results!  

Many investors struggle to get started with real estate; searching the market for that perfect property, paying full (or above) asking price, late-night phone calls from tenants, and more. 

It can be a mess! Additionally, while individual investors can acquire smaller properties, it can be difficult to acquire and manage apartments, developments, and other large scale projects where there is enormous ability to perform at scale and incredible potential tax benefits.
